This apartment is perfectly located, close to the Old Town but away from the crowds of people. It offers easy access to most places, with lots of transport options nearby. The bedrooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Additionally, the apartment is clean and well-maintained, with brand new towels and nice showering products in the bathroom.

The apartment is accessible via two flights of very steep winding stairs, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues or when carrying heavy luggage.

Without doubt the location was good and marvellous so close to everything. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

I loved how this place is so close to the bus stop and town center, making it super easy to get around and explore the area. The comfortable beds and nice bath were just what I needed after a long day of exploring Scotland.

The property had free WiFi, so I could post all my snooty Instagram pics without any interruption. And the washing machine was handy for getting rid of any commoner's stains on my designer clothes.

Just loved climbing up 46 steps to the flat, a real workout. Not to mention the juggling act of sharing a toilet in one of the bathrooms.

Frequent buses pass by the door, making it easy to get around. the main tourist sites are just 10-20 minutes away. There are three supermarkets and an amazing gym within a few yards, and the Wi-fi works well. the host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. the location is also near Arthur’s Seat, an ideal choice for nature enthusiasts.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The value for money was great, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and clean towels and sheets. The location was convenient, with easy access to the tram stop and a short walk to St Andrews Square. The host, David, was welcoming and made us feel at home.

The breakfast menu could have been better, with more variety or options to choose from.

Water pressure in second shower bit weak. And I wish the second bathroom had a toilet.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, with a cozy and freshly done design. The modern kitchen and bathrooms were jaw-dropping, and everything we needed from towels to kitchen stuff was provided. The heating system worked super quickly, keeping us warm and cozy in the chilly weather. Although not centrally located, the apartment was easily accessible to the city center and Leith with frequent buses passing right outside. The flat was spacious, clean, and tastefully upgraded, with comfortable beds that we wished we could take home. The window seat was a mind-blowing addition, perfect for relaxing in the morning. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the hob and oven were easy to use. Additionally, there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Most of the main tourist sites were just a 10, 20 minute journey away, and there were supermarkets and a fantastic gym nearby. The Wi, Fi worked well and the communication with David, the host, was excellent. Cons: None ☺️.
